Dxrkwrld | Individual Trajectory
About the Project
The Individual Artist Development Trajectory for Dxrkwrld is a focused mentorship and creative coaching program dedicated to supporting this promising young Dutch producer from Numansdorp in his transition from producer to fully independent performing artist. Already recognized for his production talent, Dxrkwrld aims to deepen his artistic capabilities by developing essential skills in singing, vocal technique, and performance, alongside defining a unique personal style and artistic identity.
Under the mentorship of George Booij from WDC Foundation, Dxrkwrld will receive intensive support to refine his vocal skills, expand his creative expression, and strategically develop his brand identity. The program also includes guidance on financial management and branding strategies, equipping Dxrkwrld with comprehensive tools for sustainable career growth as a fully-fledged artist.
Personal and Professional Growth
This trajectory prioritizes practical experience and personalized mentorship, especially focusing on vocal performance and style development. George Booij will mentor Dxrkwrld closely, supporting his overall artistic vision, creative projects, and strategic career planning. Additionally, a specialized vocal coach will be engaged to significantly enhance Dxrkwrld's vocal techniques and performance confidence.
Dxrkwrld will also work closely with professional studios and experienced music video directors, enabling him to produce and release high-quality, professionally crafted music projects that authentically reflect his artistic vision.

Current Status
The development plan for Dxrkwrld's individual trajectory is being shaped collaboratively between Dxrkwrld and our team at We Don't Care. Originally, this trajectory was designed for submission to Fonds voor Cultuurparticipatie (FCP). However, FCP has currently closed its application windows, and it remains uncertain if and when they will reopen—potentially not until 2026. We are actively reaching out to clarify possibilities.
In the meantime, Dxrkwrld continues to make progress independently, developing his skills and building his artistic identity. As a foundation, we are committed to supporting him on this journey wherever possible, even if the official trajectory is delayed. Should it turn out that an FCP application cannot be submitted in the near term, this specific plan may have to be put on hold. Still, our focus remains on ensuring that Dxrkwrld has the guidance and opportunities he needs to keep moving forward.
What Do We Still Need?
-
Funding Pathway: Clarity from FCP or an alternative funding opportunity to secure the full trajectory.
-
Vocal Coach: A dedicated mentor who can help Dxrkwrld strengthen his voice, confidence, and live performance as he transitions from producer to solo artist.
-
Backup Partners: Potential collaborators or funders who are willing to step in if FCP remains unavailable.
