Amplifying New Voices and Bold Ideas
At We Don't Care Foundation, Creative Projects is where ideas that might otherwise be overlooked find their way into the world. This stream focuses on helping young creatives realize audiovisual works, music productions, exhibitions, and cross-disciplinary projects; especially those that fall outside traditional pathways.
Within Creative Projects, we run the EXP series, our recurring program dedicated to supporting independent exhibitions, music releases, short films, multimedia installations, and experimental creative work. EXP stands for Exposition, Expression, Expansion, because we believe creative work is not only about showing something to the world, but about expanding what's possible for yourself and your community.
Beyond the EXP series, we also support a wide range of individual audiovisual and music projects. Whether it's a music video, a documentary, a digital art project, or a collaborative album, our focus is always the same:
Helping makers develop original ideas.
Providing structural support, funding, production help, coaching. Especially when traditional routes are inaccessible.
Valuing the creative process even when it doesn't immediately fit into commercial models.
We understand how discouraging it can be when great creative work stalls due to lack of resources, connections, or recognition. That's why we are committed to making sure important projects don't die on the drawing board, but come to life, adding real value to the sector and to the artists' journeys.
If you're working on an idea that needs a push, or if you have a creative vision and you're not sure how to realize it, reach out to us. We're always open to discussing new projects and finding ways to help bold ideas move forward.
